Cantrell Astbury Kranz, P.A. Handles Lawsuit Seeking Over Half a Million in Unpaid Bonuses Against Stoneweg U.S., LLC

Cantrell Astbury Kranz, P.A. is handling a lawsuit against Stoneweg U.S., LLC, seeking over half a million dollars in alleged unpaid bonuses (plus interests and other damages) on behalf of two of its former executives. As described in the lawsuit, Stoneweg U.S., LLC is a real estate investment firm with its principal office in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida. Patrick Richard is the CEO and founder of Stoneweg U.S., LLC. Stoneweg U.S., LLC is affiliated with Stoneweg SA. Stoneweg SA is a Swiss-based real estate investment company that was established in 2015 and has over four billion dollars of assets under management. Jaume Sabater is Stoneweg SA’s CEO and Chairman of the Board.

The lawsuit seeks unpaid bonuses, plus interests and other damages, on behalf Stoneweg U.S., LLC’s former Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The lawsuit asserts two counts: breach of contract for unpaid wages and, in the alternative, quantum meruit.

The lawsuit against Stoneweg U.S., LLC was filed and is pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida.
