Cantrell Astbury Kranz, P.A. is a boutique law firm focusing on non-compete and unfair competition disputes, employment law, and business disputes. We limit the number of clients we represent at any given time in lawsuits, and we focus on the firm’s core competencies.
As a firm hallmark, we prepare a detailed strategy upfront, always with an eye towards the client’s final objective and costs. We develop a deep understanding of the facts of each case, the relevant law, motivations driving each side, and map out a strategy to obtain the desired outcome as efficiently as possible. Some examples of fee arrangements we offer are: fixed fees, contingency fees, and a wide range of customized hybrid arrangements, in addition to standard hourly billing.
